CrazyTopup sells digital goods - game top-ups, gift cards, and vouchers. Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, our refund policy reflects the nature of what we sell, consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and standard practice for digital goods across India.
1. When you will get a full refund
- Order cancelled before delivery: if your order is in "Pending" or "Paid" status and has not yet been fulfilled, you can request a cancellation and full refund at any time. Email cs@crazytopup.in with your order number. We will cancel and initiate the refund within 24 hours.
- Failed delivery (our fault): if we cannot deliver your order within 24 hours of payment and the failure is on our side (supplier error, stock issue, system fault), you will receive a full refund or we will retry delivery - your choice. We will proactively reach out to you if we know about the failure before you do.
- Duplicate charge: if a technical error resulted in you being charged more than once for the same order, the extra charge(s) will be refunded in full without you needing to ask.
- Payment captured but order not created: if your payment went through but no order was recorded on our side (rare, usually a network drop between your browser and our server), we will detect this within 24 hours and refund you in full.
2. When we cannot refund
- After successful delivery: once a gift card code has been sent to your email, or a top-up has been credited to your in-game account, the transaction is final. The supplier has already issued the value and it cannot be recalled. This is standard for all digital goods.
- Wrong Player ID entered by you: for game top-ups, we deliver to the exact ID you typed. If you entered an incorrect Player ID / Account ID / Zone ID, the credits go to whoever owns that ID and we have no way to retrieve them. We are not liable for errors made during checkout. Please use the "How to find your ID" guide on the product page before paying.
- Change of mind after delivery: if the order was fulfilled correctly as per your original request, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.
- Voucher code used by you: if you have already redeemed the gift card or voucher code we delivered, we cannot issue a refund regardless of the reason.
- Account suspended for policy violations: accounts suspended for fraud, chargeback abuse, or other violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds on held or cancelled orders.
3. Chargebacks
A chargeback filed with your bank for an order that was correctly fulfilled is considered fraudulent. We maintain detailed delivery records (timestamp, delivery method, IP address, reveal events) and will contest every such dispute. Filing a false chargeback may result in permanent account suspension and, in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities.

4. How to request a refund
- Email cs@crazytopup.in with the subject "Refund request".
- Include your order number (starts with CT-) and a brief description of the issue.
- We will respond within 24 hours and, if approved, initiate the refund immediately.
You can also track your order and raise issues at crazytopup.in/track or from your order history if you are signed in.
5. Refund timeline
Once we initiate a refund, the time it takes to reach you depends on your payment method:
- UPI: typically within 1-3 business days.
- Debit / credit card: 5-7 business days (depends on your bank's processing time).
- Netbanking: 3-5 business days.
- Wallets: usually within 24 hours.
We have no control over how fast your bank processes the reversal. If it has been more than 10 business days and you still have not received the refund, contact us and we will share the refund reference ID for you to follow up with your bank.
6. Partial refunds
If an order contained multiple items and only some of them failed to deliver, we will refund only the undelivered items. The successfully delivered items will not be refunded.
