1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of CrazyTopup (the website at crazytopup.in, the services we provide on it, and any future apps under the same brand). When this document says "we", "us" or "CrazyTopup" we mean the operator of the brand. When it says "you" we mean the person buying or browsing.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products only - no physical shipping ever happens. Specifically:
- Game top-ups (e.g. Mobile Legends Diamonds, Free Fire UC, Honor of Kings Tokens) which we credit directly to your in-game account using the Player ID / Account ID you provide.
- Gift cards and vouchers (e.g. Google Play, Flipkart, BookMyShow, Tinder) which we deliver as a code or link to the email address you provide at checkout.
- Subscriptions and weekly passes for supported games, fulfilled the same way as top-ups.
3. Account and eligibility
You may buy as a guest or sign in with phone OTP / Google. You must be at least 18, or have your parent or guardian's permission to make a purchase. By signing in you confirm the email and phone number belong to you. We may suspend or remove an account if we have reasonable cause to suspect fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.
4. Pricing, currency and taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We may change prices, run promotions, and discontinue products at any time. The price you see at the moment of checkout is the price you pay - subsequent changes don't apply retroactively to your order.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Supported methods include UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking, and select wallets. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers - those flow directly to Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant systems. If a payment fails or is declined, no order is placed and no money is captured.
6. Player ID accuracy (very important)
For game top-ups we send the diamonds / coins / tokens to the exact Player ID, Account ID, or Zone ID you typed at checkout. We do not have a way to look up the human behind a Player ID, and the publisher's API does not let us reverse a top-up once delivered.
If you typed the wrong ID, the credits go to the stranger whose ID you typed - and we cannot get them back. Double-check your Player ID before paying. We provide "How to find your ID" instructions on every product page; please use them.
7. Delivery
Most orders are auto-fulfilled within seconds of payment confirmation. A small number of products are queued for manual fulfillment by our team and may take up to a few hours during business hours (10am-10pm IST).
If you don't see your delivery within an hour, check spam / promotions, then contact us at cs@crazytopup.in with your order number. Most "missing delivery" tickets are resolved in under 30 minutes.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Our full refund and cancellation policy is at crazytopup.in/legal/refund. Summary:
- Before delivery: full refund available on request.
- After delivery: digital goods cannot be refunded once the voucher or top-up has been issued - this is standard for all digital goods under Indian consumer law.
- Wrong Player ID (your error): we cannot reverse delivered top-ups. See Section 6.
- Failed delivery (our fault): full refund or retry, at your choice, within 24 hours.
- Duplicate orders: if you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error on our side, we will refund the duplicate in full.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically settle in 5-7 business days.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or chargeback abuse.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack our infrastructure.
- Resell our deliveries as part of an unauthorised reseller business without our written consent.
- Use stolen payment methods or impersonate someone else.
- File chargebacks for orders that were correctly fulfilled - doing so is fraud and we will contest every such dispute with delivery evidence.
We may suspend orders, freeze accounts, or pursue legal remedies in response to violations.
10. Intellectual property
The CrazyTopup name, logo, design system, copy, and the storefront code are owned by us. Game and brand names (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, Google Play, Flipkart, BookMyShow, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the products we sell. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those publishers unless explicitly stated.
11. Service availability and force majeure
We aim for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: supplier API outages, payment gateway downtime, internet disruptions, acts of God, government actions, or any other circumstances outside our direct control. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill pending orders as soon as service resumes, and will offer refunds if fulfillment is not possible.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrazyTopup's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any single order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost game progress, missed in-game events, emotional distress about diamonds going to a stranger, etc.).
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version. If you don't, please stop using the service.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of CrazyTopup is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable consumer forums.
15. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have designated a Grievance Officer for addressing complaints and concerns:
